Device Screen

• Updated the device activation process to require Device Type, Manufacturer, Model, and Size when changing a device from Inactive to Active. Missing Device Type information will be filled in from device work history when available.

Device History

• Added device history records when a facility is deleted to support the Annual Summary Report.

Notice Queue

• Updated the Notice Queue Process Email screen so users can deselect Notices after using Select All.

Device Changes Report

• Added a Technician filter to the Device Changes Report, allowing users to select all, one, or multiple technicians.

Facility Notes

• Added four new Quick Notes to Facility Notes: Account Update, Door Hanger, Mailed Notice, and Mailing Address Change.

Notice and Invoice Emails

• Updated email processing so bounced or complaint Notices return to the Notice Queue, delivered emails show the correct status, and affected email addresses are removed from Facility Contacts
