Important: site selection requires service both on the initial load of the application and when selecting additional sites via the settings after signing in.
Site Selection
After successfully logging into Site Ops Field, an option list will appear as it does below with a full list of sites to choose from if you do not have primary sites configured for your user.
Note: If you have primary sites configured this box will not appear and your sites will load automatically. If the box does not appear you can move to Step #3.
- Select all sites you will be performing tasks at during that workday, scroll to the bottom and click ‘Continue with x of 6 site(s)’ to load all tasks that are due for those sites.
Note: the continue button is only visible after scrolling to the bottom of the option list - After selecting sites, the tasks screen will remain blank until a site is selected from the “Site” dropdown.
Note: Only one site can be selected from the dropdown at a time - Once a site is selected, all tasks for all stations at that site will appear with relevant information.
Note: Once a task and all its parameters are complete, it's card will no longer be visible on this screen. - Tasks within a site can also be filtered by station and frequency.
When a task is overdue, its due date will be highlighted in red. Once a task is complete it is removed from the Tasks screen.

Additional Method to Select Sites
- From the tasks screen, open the Settings screen.
- Under the ‘Active Sites’ section, select the “Change Sites” button.
- This will open the ‘Select Sites’ pop-up.
Note: this is the same as menu that appears when the app initially opens - Make your updated selections and click “Continue with x of 6 site(s)” at the bottom.
- When the pop-up closes, the updated selections will be visible in the ‘Active Sites’ section of the Settings screen.
- On the tasks page, all active sites will be visible in the site option list
