Date Filter

• Enhanced the date filter to apply automatically when the Enter key is pressed.

Manual Inspection Forms

• Added a telemetry deviation warning when a manually entered water level differs by 0.1 ft or more from the nearest telemetry record.
• Enhanced manual inspection validation by comparing calculated water elevation values against telemetry data before saving.
• Added a review and confirmation workflow that displays telemetry values, calculated elevation values, deviation details, and allows users to edit or continue saving the record.
