Long-term Monitoring Data
- Added a new form to enable users to record field inspection data.
- The form lets the user select the location type and sensor measurement type and fetches the sensor details.
- Once the sensor details are fetched the user can record and save the inspection details for the selected sensor

- Implemented new data source to display telemetry data as well as manual data together in the same chart
