Invoice Queue

There’s a new “Custom DWWD Invoice Export” option in Invoice Queue → Invoice Exports. 
Pick start and end dates, and you’ll get a CSV file with all cross-connection testing data for that period. 
The export is set up to work perfectly with DWWD’s Muni-Link system and includes - account number, facility address, test results, first test date, number of tests, and the total cost. This new feature saves time by taking care of the data formatting, so you can get invoices done faster and with less effort.

Dashboard 

A new “Custom DWWD Device Export” is now available under Dashboard → Custom Reports and is visible only for DWWD users. This feature lets you quickly download a .csv file that is ready to be used in DWWD’s Muni-Link system.
The export includes all cross-connection devices (in any state) and key details such as account number, device type, manufacturer, model, serial number, location, size, state, testing cycle, and last tested date. This feature helps automatically transfer accurate device data into Muni-Link, giving account managers easy access to the information needed for efficient billing and facility management.
