The Facility Listing Screen is a list of all facilities, Active and Inactive, for the client. Columns can be filtered by clicking on the right side of any column header.
Open the Facility Listing Screen
Select Cross Con from the left navigation menu.
- OR open any piece of work from the Control Panel for the facility you wish to view and then selecting the Facility Listing tab from the
a. Select the piece of work from the Control Panel and click the “Open” button
b. From the Facility Screen, click the “Facility Listing” tab
Open Facility
- Once you are on the Facility Listing Screen, select the facility you wish to open. The Facility Listing Screen is a list of every facility regardless of Facility State.
- Select the “Open” button from the top left of the Grid . This will open the Facility Screen for the selected facility
Add Facility
- Navigate to the Facility Listing Screen.
- From the Facility Listing Screen, select the “Add” button from the top left of the grid.
- On the blank facility screen, required fields that are missing data are automatically highlighted in red after clicking the “Save” button.
- Once all fields are filled out, select the “Save” button from the bottom of the section.
- A confirmation box will appear at the top of the screen to let you know your facility information has been saved.
- If Surveyable is “Yes” and the Facility State is “Active”, survey work will be generated and available in the Control Panel. If there is no work created for the facility, it will still be accessible through the Facility Listing Screen.
Delete Facility
- Navigate to the Facility Listing Screen and select the facility to be deleted.
- Click the Delete button from the top row of options
Note: a facility with survey work in the Control Panel cannot be deleted, the software will advise you to make the facility inactive instead. - Type ‘DELETE’ in the dialogue box and click the ‘Delete” button.
- A pop-up window will appear to confirm that the facility has been deleted.
Export Grid
The export grid button allows the user to export the contents of the Facility Listing grid to an Excel spreadsheet. This export captures the current state of the grid, including any added columns, filters, and sorting.
