Facility, Hazard, Survey, and Test Screen
Quicknote options are now limited by the screen the note is being added from.
Facility Screen:
- Temporarily closed due to the Coronavirus
- Appointment scheduled
- In-person attempt
- Called, left message
- Sent email
- Ready for re-survey
- Ready for re-test
- Vacant
- Large meter identified
- Meter size unverifiable
- Fire service pipe material and size
Hazard Screen:
- Removed
Test Screen:
- Fire Alarm company was not present
- 1st check failed
- 2nd check failed
Survey Screen:
- All concerns have been resolved
- A chemical dispenser requires a dual check with atmospheric vent (DCAV) backflow device as supplemental protection to the existing ASSE 1055 air gap
Hazard Screen
When using the quick search for device serial number (SN), barcode (BC), or cross connection identifier (CCID) the resulting Hazard Screen will have a header tab, allowing for normal navigation
Control Panel
- The Physical City column correctly updates on the Control Panel grid when it is changed on the Facility tab.
- The Workstate legend at the top of the Control Panel has been replaced with the Workstate Filter. The filter is color coded for easy identification. The Workstate column filter has been temporarily removed, however the same functionality is available in this new Workstate filter.
Dashboard
The Notes report has been modified to add a new Technician parameter.
Software Functionality
Three new work states were introduced: 'Client Managed', 'Irrigation Off', and 'Office review' for better workflow tracking.
