Hazard Listing and Control Panel Screen

When a test is deleted - Due Date, Last Test Date, Previous Results fields are now correctly updated.

Facility and Control Panel Screen

When a survey is deleted - Due Date, Previous Results and for Connecticut state Hazard Level, Categories of Concern, and Survey Cycle fields are now correctly updated.

Control Panel Screen

- For survey work type, when opening a test form via Work Action, the correct error message is now displayed.

- For test work type, when opening a survey form via Work Action, the correct error message is now displayed. 

Client Config Screen

Prices for tests, re-tests, surveys, and re-surveys can now be stored as decimal values for improved accuracy. 

Software Functionality

Cleaned up deprecated and redundant components.
