Survey Screen:

For two of the survey questions, a new device type option was added to the list. It is an Alarm Check.

Hazard Screen:

Hid three columns in the Device Grid on the Hazard screen. The columns are Confined Space, Device Group, Valve Type. The columns can be added back in anytime by the user.

Users Screen:

Fixed a bug on the User screen, License Grid where you could not add more than 1 license in a row.
