Added a field for collecting the valve type of a DCVA device. This new field is displayed in the Device grid on the Hazard screen and the Current Devices grid on the survey screen. The available values are Gate Valve, Butterfly Valve, Ball Valve, or No Valve Type.
The note field in the Notes grid on the Facility and Hazard screens will now wrap the text so you can read all of the note.
The year 2021 has been added to three reports that have parameters requiring a year.
