Dashboard:

The new Devices Report has its window name corrected.

Facility, Client Config, and Users screens:

Added DC to the states list. This will appear on Facility (in 2 places), Client Config, and Users screens.

3 Test screens:

Add a new item to the Manual Fail list 'No Water To Device.

Work History screen:

Added the time to the Work History Date field.

Facility Listing screen:

Added the ability to delete a facility. This function is only available to users with the Admin role. It is also only available if the facility has no test or surveys.

Login Screen Test Server:

Added a new demo login ability. This collects some user information and provides them a temporary user login and password to a demo client.
