Facility Screen:
Added a new field to the facility screen called Invoice Exempt. This field defaults to NO for new facilities. If set to YES, the facility will not get an invoice created for tests or surveys.
Facility Listing Screen:
Facility Group has been added to the column list on the Facility Listing screen, it is not shown initially.
A grid export button has been added to the Facility Listing screen. This button will export the rows of the grid in their current filtered or unfiltered state to Excel.
Hazard Screen:
A delete test button has been added to the Hazard screen Test Grid. Typing all caps DELETE is required to confirm your delete request.
Hazard and Facility Screens:
A bug was discovered where if you added a new facility or a new hazard and then added respective notes, the notes would save but not immediately appear in the notes grid.
Wellesley Export Report:
In the Wellesley invoice export the counting of devices is now done by the Facility Owner, and not the individual facility.
Software Code:
Added a styling change to allow fieldsets titles to be visible in iOS 11 on mobile devices. This issue was rendering the Facility screen mailing address and contact information fieldsets unopenable on an iPad that was upgraded to iOS 11.
Due to loading issues with the software the data loading has been broken into 3 groups, from 2 groups.

Wellesley Export Report:
Fixed two issues with the Wellesley Invoice Fixed Width Export. First, the total was being calculated instead of just providing the unit cost. Second, a 0 is now added to zipcodes that do not have their leading 0 i.e. 01824 was displaying as 1824.
Hazard Screen:
A print screen option has been added to the test report on the hazard pages device grid. This print icon in the windows top right corner will allow the report to be printed from a mobile device.

Core Software:
One of the larger client's data was having trouble loading in the time allotted. Added a few database indexes and changed the loading order to separate the big quantities of data.
Modified the software’s high-level view, removed some configuration, and created a mock test grid in an attempt to fix a bug with the filter and the iPad keyboard.
Updated the software to record the user’s software version upon login.

Invoice Que screen:
Fixed an issue with the Invoice History API where it was deleting the new invoice history id before inserting it. Removed this code from other APIs as well. This was preventing the Invoice Que print button and Invoice History Re-Print button from working.
Surveys:
Fixed a data issue where the surveys work history record was getting the tests group id if you had just added a facility, then performed a survey.
Cleaned up the save survey code to make it more efficient.
Found 2 occurrences of the count function being used incorrectly. Fixed and searched for others.
Control Panel:
Put in a possible fix where after performing a survey the test work is being updated and not the survey work. This modifies the working in such a way that you are now missing a device work.
Software screen-clearing mechanisms:
Added a clearing of the hazard listings saved facility Id to the clear function. This an additional measure to keep hazards or devices from being attached to the wrong facility.

Facility Screen:
Fixed an issue where if you changed the facility due date, the survey work’s due date was changed, but it also changed the test work’s due date.
Fixed an issue where if you changed a facilities data and saved it, more than once, the next date would get blanked out on the facility screen, and consequently the survey work would have no due date.
All 3 Test Screens:
Fixed an issue where occasionally the tester was not being automatically filled in on the test pages and the tester box was sometimes grayed out.
Hazard screen:
Fixed an issue where if you added a facility from facility listing, saved your new facility, then immediately added a hazard and device, these were attributed to the wrong facility. They were attributed to the facility of the last hazard you viewed.

Control Panel:
Consolidated the quick date filters and the clear filter buttons into one pulldown button called Filters.
Consolidated the Assign Work, Change Work State, and Test/Survey Form buttons into one pulldown button called Work Action.
Added another button to the Work Action pulldown called Export Grid. This will export the work to an Excel file. You can change what exports by filtering the grid, but not by selecting items in the grid.
Removed the rendering from the grid, this should improve grid performance.
New Notices (makes 2nd, 3rd, and 4th notices for failed tests/surveys):
Fixed an issue with 2nd, 3rd, and 4th notices not getting a Facility Name or Physical Address.
Consolidated all the variable statements into one statement to improve performance.
Backflow API (how the software talks to the database):
Added an automatic reconnect when the database times out and disconnects the API.
Modified the code to catch the error when an insert fails, returning a fail response to the software, sending the insert data into the syncing function.
Modified the API that fills the Control Panel to return data about the Hazard and the Facility.
Put all the API files in version control.

Test Signatures:
Fixed an issue with signatures where if you get 1 signature, then get a 2nd signature, the 2nd signature will now be used, for all future device tests in the facility, for the day.
We are now saving the Date and the Facility Identifier with a signature to make signature handling easier.
Invoice Queue and Invoice History Screens:
Added Invoice Number to Invoice History and Invoice Queue screens, and made it filterable.
Fixed an issue with the Invoice Number occasionally being blank for a subsequent invoice for a facility. Moved the Invoice creation from the 3 test screens to a shared function.
On the Invoice Que screen added filtering capability for Facility Name and Address.
Control Panel:
On the Control Panel consolidated buttons, Test Form and Survey Form into 1 button Forms, to make room for more features. This function was also moved to a controller for faster handling.
Fixed an issue with the quick date filters on Control Panel not functioning correctly.

Modified the signature saving function:
Fixed an issue with multiple signatures for a given facility saving with the same TestId.

Cleaned up the code for the Test Signature saving function.

Test Signature:
Added a button to the test signature page called, Save without signature. This closes the signature page and moves the user to Hazard Listing.

Invoice Que:
On the Invoice Que screen there are 3 new buttons. Invoice Export will make an excel export of the items in the Invoice Queue grid. Invoice Que Summary will pop a parameters box, then open a summary screen and create an excel export of the results in the summary screen. Fixed Width Export will open a parameters box, and then create an excel export of a fixed width summary.
Facility Screen:
Added three fields to the facility page. Facility group will be used to group facilities together and soon will be filterable on the ctrl panel. Survey Cycle Override is used to override the default survey cycle on a per facility basis. The Surveyable field determines if a facility can be surveyed. If set to No, there will be no survey work or survey tab. This defaults to yes.
Fixed an issue where if you had created a new inactive facility, the software would have still made work.
Hazard Listing:
Fixed an issue where you could not open a hazard from Hazard Listing that did not have work.
Hazard:
Fixed an issue that when you edited a device date, the work in ctrl panel did not update with the new date.
Software Function:
Cleaned up the code by: removing uses of the main data stores and replaced them with the chained data stores, moving the ctrl panel function of assigning to the ctrl panel controller, updated the test open function and implemented it in 6 places to reduce duplicate code.

Hazard Listing:
Fixed an issue with the Hazard listing screen not opening the hazard screen if you choose an active device without any work.
Software Function:
Changed the code that creates new notices to allow for a 0 or blank in the notice configuration so no further notices will be generated if required.
Fixed an issue with specific clients defaulting to the mobile version if any data was saved in that field.

Tests and Survey:
Changed all tests and surveys to update the work in the control panel instead of deleting and creating new. This reduces the quantity of data sent and loaded to the database and fixes the issue with work not deleting correctly.
Users:
Fixed an issue with the users screen where you would update the users test kit, but then when you opened a test to perform it, the old testKit was displayed and would be saved with tests until you reloaded.
Fixed an issue with Users where whenever you saved the user screen you were automatically set to fieldTech even if you didn’t select it.
Tests:
Changed the field Barcode to be BC/CCID.
On the test screens, if you change testers, now the newly selected tester’s testKit will be filled in the test kit field.

Added the framework for saving the tester and surveyor license number with the test and survey. It currently is checking for a Ma license. Other states need to be added.

Reports:
On the Billing report added the "All" choice in the technician list.
Control Panel:
Added a possible fix for the Control Panel grid issue where the grid filters just go away sometimes.
Facility Listing:
On the Facility listing the following columns are now hidden: water acct, meter, state, and zone.

Changed the facility "Copy Physical Address" buttons color to resemble the other buttons.

Changed the title of the software that appears in the browser tab from ServcSol to Backflow.

Facility:
Added a button on the facility page to copy the entire physical address to the mailing address fields.
Fixed an issue with the facility screen updating work after changes were saved. i.e change facility name or zone and work in control panel still showed old data. Optimized code, consolidated and removed unneeded pieces, also updating data instead of creating and deleting.
NoticeQue:
On the noticeQue screen you can now filter by facility name and address.
Multiple Screens:
The user list that fills the technician list on the test/survey screens, assign to/filter list on the Control Panel and technician list on the reports has been changed. It is no longer all active users, but users with a license number and a valid/not expired expiration date.
Billing Report:
Changed a field title on billing report from Tester to Technician.
Tests/Survey:
In test/survey manual fail poplist changed an option from "no contact (3 attempts)" to "No response to attempts to contact".

Modified Notice Que so the date is sortable. Changed label from Date Tested to Work Date. Also changed Notice Type to Work Type. Sorted by ascending when opening the screen and after every notice addition sort again by ascending.
Notice History:
Device size in Notice History was an integer and not a decimal, so the device size was rounding for notices.
Facility:
Finished modifying the new facility pages controller. Implemented the controller and the newly laid out facility pages into all the screens.

Control Panel:
Created a controller for Control Panel. Moved the open and assign code into the controller and optimized the code. Modified assign code so it updates the database, instead of creating and then deleting.
Changed the API for loading the control panel. There was an issue with the previous query and some work was being left off the control panel.
Tests:
Changed all test values and the manual fail string to load a null to the database if they are empty. This will help with reporting.
Notices:
Fixed the 2nd notice to not get the groupid of the 1st notice from the same facility. This prevents 1st notices from printing with 2nd notices.
Tests and Survey:
Changed the text in manual fail list from Vacant to Vacant – Please contact us to schedule a test/survey.
Facility and Survey:
Facility Use field now does not force you to choose from the list on facility and survey pages.
Hazard Listing:
Hazard Listing screen is no longer freezing if you forget to choose a hazard.
Users:
On the user page the license expr date was not loading from the database, so when you save user info, the expr date got blanked out. Also when saving the fieldTech was saving as a default of Yes, even if not checked.
Hazard and Survey:
On hazard and survey when adding a device, the device grid where you chose the manufacturer and model has been removed. The Manufacturer, device, and size are poplists and model is a free form type field.
