Surveys:

Fixed an issue on survey 3 when adding an existing device without a hazard, when you save the hazard, it fails. Fixed a survey violation issue where if you added a survey violation, the survey still passed. When you saved a survey with a proposed device added during survey, it did not save the new device, this has been fixed. Fixed a survey problem where you could manually fail survey, then answer all questions correctly, and it would pass.

Optimization for Mobile:

If the user is set as a field Tech, their data and menu options are limited. Years of data loaded by type, 1 year of test, 5 of surveys, 2 of notes. Work on the ctrl panel is filtered to 3 months when the software loads. All menu options are removed except ctrl panel, dashboard, cross connection screens, and version history. This was done to improve performance on mobile devices often used by technicians in the field.

Software functionality:

There is a new option on the grid, the Quick Data Filter. This lets you filter the data to 3, 6, and 12 months. The grids title changes respectively.

Added Test logging, which happens when you press save on a test screen, back in.

Ctrl Panel:

Added three new choices to ctrl panel grid: contact name, hazard location, SN.

Hazard:

Fixed an error in hazard when making a device inactive. It was getting an error loading data to Work History.

Software functionality:

Created log functionality for all tests saved. Data is loaded to the IBD and synced to the server upon next login.

Assigning is no longer leaving duplicate work.

Assigning is now creating new work with the physical and mailing addresses.

Needs review is no longer leaving duplicate work.

Found an issue with performing consecutive barcode searches, put in an error catch.

Notice Que:

Fixed an issue with the Notice Que print button not displaying the report.

Test and Survey screens:

Test and survey datetimes are now displaying just the date and have a calendar function on the field. The software is now forcing the date format and the date is now required.

Modified the hazard screen to know when a hazard is added, so you can immediately add a device.

DC, RP, and PVB Test Screen:

Changed the three test forms to correctly stop you from saving a test without completing it, every time.

Changed the login to display 2 mask messages and not remove the masks until all data is loaded. Syncing the data and history starts, but will not have completed when the ctrl panel masks are removed.

Ctrl Panel:

Applied the loading mask to the ctrl panel open button.

Fixed Ctrl Panel to give proper error if you try to open work w/o selecting any work.

Took off the default “Sync Data” button color, to allow it to be set when the sync script runs, for more accuracy of sync status when loading the software.

New Notices:

The script New Notices, that creates notices 2-4 for failed tests, had its apis calls fixed.

Test Signatures:

Fixed the signature issues of not properly deleting tests from curTests, and not entering sigs for tests in same facility.

Test Screens:

Fixed datetime on test pages to refresh when opening every time. This allows for a more accurate testtime to be recorded.

Hazard:

Fixed issue with wrkHistGrpId being wrong when you change devices on the hazard screen.

Modified the syncing code, to not try and load to the server data tables if the same syncId has failed twice. Load immediately to the server error table, then cleanup from local storage and sync the next one.

Fixed a login issue for users of a specific client.

HazListing:

The Hazards in the grid are now sorted by Device State. Active is first, then inactive.

Hazard:

The device chosen is now highlighted when you are brought to the screen.
If you select a different device in the device grid, the test tab will close and the tests listed in the test grid will be removed. A new test tab will open and the tests for the device chosen will be displayed.
After saving hazard data a new message box will appear letting you know your data was saved and then disappear.
The Hazard notes were moved up to just below the hazard information. This way the two hazard sections are together and the two device sections are together.

Facility:

After saving facility data a new message box will appear letting you know your data was saved and then disappear.

Dashboard:

Survey reports is now working.
In Productivity report you can now choose 2016.

DC Test Page:

Moved the tc1 and tc4 section to just above the notes section to be better positioned for how testing data is collected.

All 3 test pages:

Added a space to the bottom of the test to fix the iPad issue with only being able to see ½ the bottom row of buttons.

If you change a device barcode on hazard screen, the ctrl panel reflects this change.

Invoice History and Notice History:

These screens now have color grouping and selecting by facility like the Notice Que and Invoice Que screens.

Users:

Identify a checkmate signature, clear it, and prompt user to save a new. If they don’t, do not save it, keep prompting them, but leave signature in database for reports. Also don’t save signature in general, if not changed.

Survey:

Changed survey violation grid to fixed size w/scroll bars. Removed nested panels on grids and notes field. Fixed filter issue w/new violation grid.

When creating an existing device from survey, the new device’s installed date is now not a day behind.

Ctrl Panel:

Added Clear Filter button.
Added Device Barcode column to ctrl panel grid, hidden initially.
Added a work counter to the ctrl panel. It is recounting on load, filter, and data change.

Facility:

Added surveyor to survey grid on facility screen, rendering user’s name not username.

Hazard:

Changed tester in testgrid on hazard screen to render user’s name not username.
Formated hazSeasonal from the hazard screen to accept yes as checked and no as not
