Control Panel Screen:
An issue within the Control Panel has been resolved, where the appointment date and last work date were moving back one day.
Dashboard:
We've enhanced the Billing report available on the Dashboard by introducing a new sorting option. While the default remains sorting by Facility Name, users now have the flexibility to sort by Water Account.
Facility Screen:
We've introduced a new feature on the Facility screen called Facility No. This allows clients to input their unique identifier, potentially sourced from their billing system. To access this information, simply add the "Facility No" column to the Control Panel grid. This column is fully sortable and filterable, providing easy access to the data.
In addition, a new quick note to the Facility screen Quick Notes list has been added. This quick note is: “Fire service pipe material and size”. The user can choose this quick note and then add the pipe material and size into the Note field. This quick note can then be searched using the Notes Report on the Dashboard.
Users Screen:
We've implemented a new policy where the addition of users will be restricted by the number specified in the client's contract.
In addition, We've added a new column called "User State" to the Users Grid. It's hidden by default but can be added in.
Hazard Screen:
A new Device Group named W&S has been added in the Hazard Screen. The Device Group column is also sortable/filterable on the control panel after adding in the column.
