The low memory warning is letting you know that your device is critically low on RAM. This is usually a result of having too many applications running in the background. Make sure you close all other applications:
Save your current work
Press the home button to navigate to the home screen
Double-click the home button to show the apps that are running
To close an app, slide it up towards the top of the device
Restart iForm and begin using again.
The notification was added to the platform to let you know of this situation. This is not a bug but a limitation of the hardware. Capturing media files requires more resources than a text field so you will encounter this more on older devies that have forms with lots of media.
