Unable to Parse XML Error

When trying to sync the device some users will receive the error message "Unable to parse request XML".

This is typically related to an internet connection issue. What occurs is the connection to the server is lost and essentially times out. The response is validated as proper XML, thus creating the error message. You can continue to capture data on the device but wait to sync until you are in an area with a strong Wi-Fi connection.
