Annual Summary Report

The Annual Summary Report provides annual compliance data to be reported on the client's ASR to DEP. It helps client to find the summaries for all the activities for any given year.

To Open Annual Summary Report:

1. Choose Dashboard from the Backflow Menu

2. Click on Year End Report 

3. From the parameters window, click on drop-down menu and choose the year that you would like to run the report for

4. Click on Run Report

5. Once you run the report, The report opens in a new window on the software screen.

6. If you would like to download the pdf version of ASR, click on the download from top right as shown below. 

7. The report provides the annual report for all the activities such as Facilities Surveyed and Device Data. To learn how the report looks like please refer to demo report below
