Invoice Queue Screen:
Added 2 new invoice reports to the Invoice Queue screen, in the Invoice export menu. The Custom Invoice Yearly Export creates an Excel export of all Account Numbers and their tests for the year chosen. The Custom Invoice List export creates a CSV file of invoice data, for tests performed during the dates provided.
Facility Screen:
A new Appointment Required field was added to the Facility screen. This field allows you to designate a Facility as requiring an appointment. This information can then be viewed for all the Work, on the Control Panel, by adding in the Appointment Required column into the grid. You can use this column to sort and filter work. When changing the Appointment Required field on the Facility screen, the valid values are Yes/No, and when adding a new Facility, the field will have a default value of No. For the implementation of this new feature, all existing facilities have been given a default value of No.
Control Panel Screen:
A new Add Appointment feature has been added to the Control Panel. This feature allows you to add an Appointment Date and/or Time to pieces of Work. You can access this new feature by selecting Add Appointment from the Work Action menu (next to the Open button). This feature functions like the Workstate or Assign features. Select your work, then select Add Appointment, choose your values, and Save. To view the new Appointment information, add the Appointment Date and Appointment Time columns into the grid. These columns can be sorted or filtered. As with Assigned or Workstate values, the Appointment Date and Time values will be removed after the work is performed.
Bug Fixes:
Bug fixes were added for changes to Facility Contacts, and adding a Facility.
